After completing a fire door survey in Worcester, we produced a detailed report outlining:
- The condition of each fire door surveyed and their condition relative to compliance which includes condition of the door, frame, hinges and any intumescent strips/smoke seals installed, and if the correct gaps exist between the doors and frames. We also review any glazing installed as part of the survey..
- Top gap within 2–4mm
- Side gaps within 2–4mm
- Bottom gap was within acceptable of 10 mm
- All met with the Compliance status
- We Identified no defects or risks with all fire doors
- We Recommended no remedial work was required at this time.
- We provided Photographic documentation of all the fire doors we surveyed
- All doors were asset tagged using individual QR codes.
Certification Verification: Confirming that each door has the appropriate certification and markings indicating its fire rating.
