FMSCS offer a Competent Person Service. This refers to the service provided by qualified individuals or companies who possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and skills to assist companies to meet compliance with Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety Regulations which requires employers to appoint one or more competent people to help you implement the measures you need to comply with your legal requirements
The competent person is someone who has the expertise and capability to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
